Do you have what it takes to be the next best receptionist in Australia? Applications to enter are now open. Janette Hui last years winner shared her experiences with us: I am so grateful to have had this once in a lifetime experience! It was an honour to be around such passionate and talented people within the hospitality industry everyday throughout the Congress. The theme of this year’s Congress was “Hospitality 2030”. Each individual embodied empathy and warmth and showed us why receptionists will not be replaced by robots in 2030! I am thankful for all the long-lasting friendships made with people from all around the world and I am looking forward to judge in this year’s Receptionist of the year competition.
