As a fast growing, international association, AICR has identified the need to provide learning & development opportunities to their members.

AICR has partnered with Lighthouse Organizational Development to provide online training opportunities for AICR members. The Leadership Certification (LC) program will be launched in 2017 and will include a series of educational modules to create a recognizable sign of excellence in Front Office positions.

The goal of the AICR Leadership Certification (LC) is to:

• Offer added value to AICR members
• Increase AICR membership base
• Increase attractiveness of working in Front Office
• Provide a serious, high-quality development opportunity
• Create a recognizable sign of excellence in Front Office
• Make LC courses accessible online in order to be accessible to all members from around the world

The LC will consist of 3 modules, with 4-6 courses each and individual online coaching opportunities as part of the program launching in January 2017. These courses will cover areas such as:

• Communication Skills
• E-Mail Management
• Customer Service
• Diversity
• NLP
• Poise and Deportment & Business Etiquette
• Negotiation Skills
• Leadership skills

• Team Work
